  Kawartha Lakes ice cream - need I say more? The best ice cream in the world available close to home! Before finding this place we would only get to enjoy Kawartha when buying big tubs from Costco (not always convenient and limited selection of flavours), or when we were driving on Highway 7 on our way to Ottawa. Now we will get to enjoy it much more often!
  
  It certainly also helps that the service was excellent. The girl serving us was very patient and took care of us with a bright smile as we figured out the different flavours and types of cones. The bonus was that they had the black raspberry thunder flavour! Will definitely come back!

  Not a good experience ordering custom Nutella jars. Several spelling mistakes and the labels were see-through. Had to make 3 trips back to the store to fix the mistake and no attempt was made to compensate us for our time or inconvenience. An "I'm sorry" would have helped too.
